Biography

Position:Associate Researcher, INSANE Group, Institute of Informatics and Telecommunications, NCSR 'Demokritos', Athens, Greece.

Dr Krokidas was trained as a physicist, with an MSc in Materials Science and a PhD in Computational Materials Science, his background is rooted in molecular-scale modeling and simulations. His current activities focus on physics-informed machine learning, data-efficient learning, and human-in-the-loop approaches, often in the context of high-performance computing and interdisciplinary research projects.
