Biography

Position:Senior Engineer, Process Safety, SIPCHEM, Jubail, Saudi Arabia and Mx Student (2024-Present)

Mr AlQahtani holds a BASc degree in Chemical Engineering from KFUPM and works as Senior Engineer, Process Safety, at SIPCHEM. He is currently pursuing a Master in Process Safety Engineering at the Department of Chemical Engineering, KFUPM and conducting his master’s thesis under the supervision of Dr. Christos D. Argyropoulos as part of the CFD & HSE Simulation Research Group. His thesis is titled “Evaluation of process safety culture maturity in the petrochemical industry of Saudi Arabia.”
